Chicago Bike Winter is a loose knit advocacy group dedicated to promoting the joys, rights and opportunities for Chicagoans to bike the city's roads, streets, trails and byways throughout the year (and especially provides resources to encourage biking in Winter months.) The Bike Winter Art Show (BWAS) has been presented in various studios, lofts and galleries since 1997.

OPENING Reception :: Saturday, Feb 15 / 7:00 – 10:00 pm

MEET THE ARTISTS TALK :: Wednesday, Feb 1 9/ 7:00 – 9:00 pm

CLOSING Reception :: Friday Feb 28 / 7:00 – 10:00 pm

Use the galleryas an OPEN WORKSPACE; bring your art (make new work or continue projects from previous weeks).  Every session begins with a DEMO provided by a lead artist (an Agitator Member or guest artist) that will focus on a specific art material or process. Then work on your art, ask questions, give & receive feedback. This is a great opportunity to workshop your ideas and get input as you develop existing or new pieces.
